Can anyone stop me from using the broadband modem at my expo booth?
The FCC (See Section 333 of the Communications Act, 47 USC § 333) states that it is unlawful for anyone to prohibit the use of a personal communication service (PCS). You cannot be prohibited from using a broadband modem at your expo.
What is included with the broadband modem rental?
Rental includes the broadband modem, Ethernet cable, and active internet service. All you need is your computer and a power outlet at your booth. Unlimited internet usage included with rental.
How many computers can connect to the modem?
Broadband modem = 1 computer.
How are we charged for the service?
You are only charged for your expo days + round trip shipping. No additional fees.
Example: If you are exhibiting at a 3 day expo and need internet for 1 computer it would cost $297.00 ($99/day) + $32.23 (sample cost for round trip shipping) = $329.23 total service charge
How do we receive and return the broadband modem?
If you are traveling to the trade show the broadband modem can be delivered directly to your hotel 2 days prior to your expo start date. We include a pre-paid FedEx shipping label for return shipping. Just leave it with your hotel or any FedEx ship center for return.
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates depend on the number of modems being shipped and location. Typical shipping is $30-$50 ROUND TRIP.
